Cityflag 311 Focus Group

Cityflag has collaborated with the City of San Antonio to create a mobile application that allows residents to report 311 issues in the city of San Antonio. Cityflag is conducting a study to gather feedback about the app and assess civic engagement. The information gathered will be used to improve the mobile app and gain a better understanding of users general civic participation in the community. Participants will report to the Ash Room (located in the Student Union on UTSA's Main Campus). They will use the 311SA mobile application on their mobile phones and submit sample 311 reports. After participants use the app, they will complete a short survey to report their feedback about the app and answer questions about their civic participation in the community. Volunteers must have a mobile phone, iPhone (version iOS 9 or higher) or Android (version 4.4.2 or higher).
