Donation Drive has started everyone! Please take your Donations to the 2nd floor of the MH Building, you'll see information regarding the Clarity Child Guidance Center and two large green bins next to the Kiosk. Thank you everyone, and remember every donation counts!
Clarity Child Guidance Center

What they do: 

  • Care for kids 3-17 with psychological conditions, poor academic performance, and suicide prevention

  • 60% of their patients cannot afford care; roughly 25% are from the foster care system 

What they will provide us:

  • 3 large donation bins 

  • Brochures that promote themselves, mental health awareness, and suicide prevention

Donations Due: 

  • Week before spring break (we would start when we return to campus)

  • Second phase: before end of semester (possibly)


Donations they are looking for:

  • If members cannot donate physical things, they can give us money, and we will buy clothes and food to donate for them

  • Nothing can contain wires (pay close attention to underwear and journals)

  • Clothes:

    • T-shirts

    • Shorts

    • Sweatpants

    • Pajama sets

    • Sport bras 

    • Underwear 

  • Toiletries:

    • Shampoo

    • Conditioner

    • Liquid body wash

    • Travel size deodorant

    • Travel size toothpaste  

    • Toothbrushes 

  • Other:

    • Stitch-bound journals

  1. Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.

  2. Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to register. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.
