About
2022 Alamo Heights Night
We are asking for volunteers for the main entry and exit gates, as well as the west entry and exit gate. At the entry gate, volunteers will collect an entrance ticket from every guest, or verify identification for UIW students and active duty military, and stamp their wrist for reentry. At the exit gate, volunteers will verify that exiting guests have their wrist stamped for reentry to the event. We will have a supervisor stationed at the entry and exit gates.
All volunteers will initially check into the volunteer check in and information booth. On the attached map you will note that the volunteer check in booth is located in the tennis court parking area. From there volunteers are guided to their area.
You will note that three locations are identified: 1.)Main Entry Gate, 2.) Main Exit Gate, and 3.) West Entry/Exit Gate.
