Glenoaks Dreamrunners

Tuesday, April 11th, 2017 from 1:00pm to 4:30pm

About

The Institute for P-20 Initiatives and the UTSA Department of Intercollegiate Athletics developed Dreamrunners to provide select San Antonio area elementary and middle school students with an opportunity to visit the UTSA Main Campus and attend a UTSA athletic event. The program is based on increased college awareness, the importance of reading and STEM skills, and the value of pursuing educational opportunities after high school graduation.

Volunteers: Students are needed to participate in a panel to discuss college, their major, and what they like about UTSA. Additional volunteers are needed for rotation guides to bring the students to a scavenger hunt activity with P-20 staff and to STEM labs demos
