Location: Mitchell Lake Audubon Center Visitor Center
Help welcome guests during our Community Free Days by staffing an information table with resources about native plants, birds, and pollinators. Volunteers will share simple talking points (provided) about how to support wildlife at home and encourage visitors to explore our native plant gardens.
Volunteer Role Includes:

Greeting visitors and inviting them to browse materials

Sharing basic information on the benefits of native plants (info sheet provided)

Answering simple questions about wildlife-friendly gardening

Distributing rack cards and resources
This is a great opportunity for new volunteers interested in trying out outreach in a supportive, low-pressure setting.
