Learn how Strategic Planning can apply both personally and professionally

Speaker: Paul Furukawa, Ph.D. currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Texas San Antonio - Masters in Social Work Program. He has previously served as CEO/Executive Director of Camp CAMP and with the Victims Advocacy/Crisis Response Team of the San Antonio Police Department. Paul has a rich engagement with the National Association of Social Workers having served the state chapter as president for two years. He has been nationally recognized by his social work colleagues as a Social Work Pioneer. 

During this session each participant will learn how to answer the following questions:

  • How far into the future can I imagine?
  • Where do I fit in my current organization or to jobs of the future?
  • What makes planning strategic?
  • What are the most useful one-page guide and single inexpensive book on the topic?
