Kinetic Kids Sports & Recreation opportunities

Volunteering with Kinetic Kids was definitely a rewarding opportunity. I had so much fun spending time with the kids encouraging them to play soccer. Not only was it fun for the kids watching them participate in the sport, but I had fun being able to hold their hand and be apart of it with them. It was such a blessing seeing how excited they would get when they arrived to practices ready to play and learn knowing that I'd be there with them. I wasn't just a volunteer but a role model to them and they were to me as well.

The Kinetic Kids 5K was so much fun to help out with even though it was freezing! It was such an amazing opportunity to be a part of something for these amazing kids.

I really enjoyed the opportunity to volunteer with the Kinetic Kids ACE Program at University United Methodist Church! The participants in this program were a bit older from those in the other Kinetic Kids programs I've volunteered with, so I was able to experience a different volunteering experience. I've appreciated being able to be around kids with a wide range of ages throughout my Kinetic Kids experiences! I especially enjoyed being able to participate in the kids' enthusiasm for dodgeball!
