Grant Management

Organize a database of grants or scholarships and their applications, and allow these to be vetted, reviewed, scored and collaborated on with one or many stakeholders.

What is Grant Management?

Organize, prioritize and process grant applications from charities (grantseekers) and simplify the oversight of the grants

  • Campaign or Grant Amount
Define the total campaign amount and duration/timeframe, and create a maximum or minimum total m amount that a grantseeker can request for each application
  • Application
Enable grantseekers, community organizations or members to log in and apply for one or many grants. As an admin, you can also create your own custom fields, including checkboxes, dropdowns, text fields, and more to ensure applicants to easily provide all relevant information and responses. Grantseekers can then easily access all applications, determine status and run reports
  • Eligibility
Define the requirements and eligibility thresholds for each application

Free up to $10k in Grants

We know giving happens in all sizes. From small/medium-sized businesses to large enterprises, we want to provide a model that enables institutions to scale with GivePulse's Grant Management

  • Subscription or Tier Up
When using GivePulse, if the total amount of grants does not exceed more than $10,000 USD total in a year, we are able to support and scale your work for free. When it exceeds $10,000 USD, we hope we get the opportunity to collaborate further with you
  • Approvals
Approvers can be one or many. In the case that you have multiple sites and locations with different committee members or administrative approval requirements, GivePulse allows you to set up different roles for reviewers and approvers
  • Role-Based Access
Define certain individuals with administrative access who are then able to assign others to review or update applications, grants and campaigns. Administrators are also able to silo or create regions of reviewers so that committees in different sites or cities can oversee unique applications relevant to the campaign

Functionality

We simplify the management and review process of the applications so that it takes less time for the grant manager and so that charities are informed of the status in real-time

  • Budgeting
Define the overarching budget, and allocate the budget to certain sites, locations or focus areas. As applications get approved by the reviewers, the grant amounts will automatically be fulfilled
  • Compliance
There are multiple compliancy measures that are automatically processing on the backend to ensure the grantseekers applying for your grants are eligible, valid, and free from various watchlists to minimize your risk
  • Dashboards
Aggregating data in real-time allows you to easily see the status of the grants, applications and disbursements

Grant Seeker Experience

Grantseekers are able to log in and access one or many of their applications

  • Collaborative Reviews
Identify one or many committees of reviewers to score and collaborate in real-time for the grantseeking applications
  • Nonprofit Basic Package
Allow community partners to access one system to manage their applications, donors and volunteers
  • Auto-Fill & Simplify Login
Community partners are able to log in with their existing account and have their information saved, eliminating their need to fill out the same information for other applications and thus saving them time
