Helped with kinetic kids association with baseball in San Antonio at the 5 diamond baseball complex.
I’m convinced the same armadillo was waiting for me today. Came with less bags than yesterday since the park is so clean already. Got lost (again) even though I had a second pair of eyes to lead me, but worth the hours lost.
I had never been deep into Boerne before but even coming in I was excited for this hike. Mostly because I hike in town and tend to pick up trash along my way (I really can’t help it) but was it being my duty this time made my trail all the more purposeful. And the wildlife!! >>> also, did the smaller trails this day
It was fun, it reminded me of the Orientation Leader days when I had to talk to strangers
I’m very glad I got a chance to put up signs and flags around the grand opening of the Bike shop. We packed the main coordinators car with snacks and drinks that will be given at the event that’s going on all day. As someone who bikes to campus often, it’s nice to know it’s going to be a student space. The coordinators were very nice and so were the other volunteers.
