About

Going on 10 years Human Resources to include Health Services and Integrated Disability Management, Total Rewards, Benefits and Leave Administration, FAA Drug and Alcohol DER, Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition and Recruiting, Employee Experience, and Employee Resources Groups.  Currently supporting diversity of thought and cultural awareness and as a D&I ambassador oversees the 12 Employee Resource Groups at Bell.  Helped launch Bell’s first ever LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group and celebrated the first Pride Month at Bell in its 85-year history.
