Graduate Assistant

Open Opportunity

About

The Department of Career Engaged Learning and Center for Civic & Community-Engaged Leadership seek a part-time Graduate Assistant to provide support during the collection and synthesizing of data for the 2026 Carnegie Community Engagement Re-classification Application. Pay rate $16 x hour to start as soon as possible.

Graduate Assistant will work directly with the Carnegie Core Team to provide project management support, run and aggregate data reports in UTSA Engaged (Givepulse) and provide overall administrative support with campus data and core teams.

This is a great opportunity for graduate students to engage with teams across campus and at the national level in the area of community engagement.

A plus if already familiar with GivePulse, but not required.  Training in the user-friendly platform will be provided by Center for Civic & Community-Engaged Leadership and will be submitted for consideration to be part of the GivePulse Ambassador Program to learn alongside peers in universities across the country.

Another plus is community engaged learning and scholarship experience or is of interest.
