Project Description: Volunteers will be assisting our Landscaping Team to prepare our outside campus for the spring. The task may include replanting, trimming scrubs, cleaning flower beds and building trails.

Event Details

Check-In: Begins at 8am outside the Convocation Building
Attire: Jeans, closed toe shoes. Work gloves are always welcome.
Bring water bottles to refill if possible.
We will have some water and granola bars available.
Open to participants 18 years of age or older

Requirement Details

Wondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:

Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.
Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to register. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.

Parking Details

Please park in the Brackenridge Parking Garage (3501 Avenue B, San Antonio, TX 78209, at the south end of the Witte’s campus). Enter the Witte through the HEB Lantern entrance (front of the museum off of 3801 Broadway). One of our team members will be there to open the door for you. If being dropped off you can enter the parking drive area at the north parking lot through Broadway and drop of in front of the museum
