Join the Storage & Supplies Volunteer Team to help keep disABILITYsa running smoothly all year long. This crew organizes storage units and program spaces so supplies, equipment, and materials are easy to find and ready to go before and after each program day.

By making sure everything is in its place, you help events start on time, reduce stress for staff and volunteers, and support a more accessible environment for participants.

Your behind-the-scenes work plays a direct role in the success of programs that educate, connect, and uplift the disability community.

Volunteer Tasks Might Include:

• Sort, label, and organize program supplies, equipment, and materials within storage units and designated spaces.

• Maintain clear pathways and accessible layouts in storage areas to support safe and easy access for staff and volunteers.

• Prepare and stage materials before each program day, then return and re-stock items after events.

• Track low or missing items and communicate replenishment needs to staff in a timely manner.

• Assist with simple repairs, cleaning, or re-packing of reusable supplies to extend their lifespan and readiness for future use.
