The heart and soul of Project Sunshine at the University of Texas at San Antonio is simple: spreading smiles. We're all about helping kids dealing with long-term illnesses, disabilities, and special needs right here in San Antonio. Our volunteers roll up their sleeves to cook fun activities for these awesome kids and offer a supportive hand to their families. Our big goal? Making friends, bringing on the grins, and adding a sprinkle of sunshine to their days.
