Shifts: 8:30 AM - 11 AM, 10:30 AM - 1 PM, 12:30 PM - 3 PM, 2:30 PM - 5 PM,

Welcome home to UT San Antonio! 
Join Campus Services as we assist our incoming and returning Roadrunners back to campus by volunteering to assist with Move-In. Below you'll find information about how students, departments, and student organizations can get involved with the Roadrunner move-in experience! 

Groups of five must click "Reserve" or "Request Reservation" to volunteer.

Event Details

• Attire: Appropriate Short/Pants (No jeans, No holes), Closed-toed shoes, and comfortable clothing (we will provide you with an event staff shirt)
• Transportation will not be provided since this event is on the Main UTSA Campus 
  
• Volunteers can serve in a variety of different roles, such as greeting students and their families, helping give directions, distributing carts/bins, passing out water or carrying light objects.

*Please note: This event is predominately located outside, please plan appropriately for the Texas summer heat. ☀️
